This service is especially helpful for customers who are a little unsure about how to manage their plugins and what to do in the event of a technical issue whilst updating them.
Please Note: Our Support Team are always on hand to assist and advise you on how to handle the management of your plugins, but this service option means that you don't have to think about it.
In the event of a technical issue caused by a plugin update, we will revert your site to its previous setting and contact you to discuss your options.
This service does not cover the resolution of website build issues that cause a clash with plugin updates, but we are happy to advise on the potential solution, and potentially resolve that problem on a paid IT Support basis.
